​Adolescent Services

First Offender Group
These groups focus on first time offenders. The curriculum teaches skills, decision-making, respect, responsibility and peer relationships.
Anger Management Group
These groups focus specifically on helping teens learn effective anger management skills. The curriculum includes anger management techniques, communication skills, assertiveness and various educational video/exercises.

Life Skills Group
This group focuses on helping teens (ages 16-18) learn basic skills and awareness needed to make the transition from adolescents to adulthood. The curriculum addresses issues such as: goal-setting, budgeting, professional relationships, job-readiness information, parenting and other relevant content important for this age group.
Individual/Family Counseling
Many of the adolescents that come to this program have multiple problems. Additional screening is done to assess such problems as substance abuse and victimization. The structured group format cannot always fully address such issues. Providing individual/family counseling expands our ability to provide more in-depth interventions to those in need. Appropriate referrals for substance abuse counseling and other needed services are provided.

Adolescents are referred through the courts will are provided progress reports and completion letters as needed.

Participants must call to schedule initial intake session (972-264-0604). The parent and youth must both participate in the initial intake.

All groups have fees ranging from $60 – $80 depending on the number of weeks required.
