The General Counseling program consists of primarily traditional once a week, 50 minute therapy sessions with individuals, family or couples. An array of services are provided including:
Counseling is done by Master Level Licensed practitioners or Master Level graduate interns. The counselor and client schedule a mutually agreed upon time to meet each week. A Treatment Plan, with goals for therapy, is established the first session. Clients are encouraged to commit to the change process and treatment until goals are met and there is an overall increase in functioning and/or a reduction of pre-treatment symptoms. The counselor also can suggest referrals and help link clients to other resources. Counseling is available evenings and Saturdays by appointment. and Private Insurance Coverage
