The goal is to increase individual and family empowerment to bring about a reduction in disruptive behavior.
Batterer Intervention and Prevention Program (BIPP) The best way to end domestic violence and child maltreatment is to stop the violence at its source. Coming to terms with one’s behavior and its affect on others is an important component in stopping violence.
